* The in-call style that you see on the last screenshot can be chosen by going to: Settings > Call settings > In-call touch UI.
changelog:
*new* v1.1:
- Vertical divider when you press physical Menu button. (it was some idiot thing... damn!)
- Added some Gingerbread-like apps.
- Fixed an issue where latest percentage battery in charge was "dancing" 'cause it wasn't well aligned with others.
to-do:
- Working version for SamdroidMod FroYo.
- Screen-off animation (like a cathodic TV) (that's more complicated that it seemed to be)
- what else?

Dock, Fonts, Icons & Wallpapers:

For LauncherPro (right click and "Save target as")

Expanded dock (thanks to ronocod):

GGB browser, drawer and phone:

Weather widget I'm using on screens is Fancy Widget, on the Market.
Fonts are Ubuntu font (here) and Palm Pre's Prelude (here or here) (install in recovery)
Keyboard is Gingerbread Keyboard (you can get it on my dropbox).
For the icons on the "desktop", these have nothing to do with Gingerbread, those are personal icons, that you can find (in English) and use this way:

Those are personal icons I've made, based on the iDroid icons
Download them HERE (in English!)

There are .psd files in my zip I uploaded, so for those who got Photoshop, you can put your icons and your text as you want.

By the way, those are images at .png extension, and they are actually Desktop Visualizer's widgets at Medium Size (2x2), and are resized with LauncherPro Plus to fit 2x1 size
