Abhi0n0nakul an XDA member inform other members regarding the HTC Desire S ROM being ported to the Nexus One. For those of you owning a Nexus One you might want to try this new ROM based on Gingerbread version. The latest ROM features HTC Sense, Locations, WIFI, GPS plus a tool for overclocking that could reach up to 1113 Mhz and updated Android Market, all are running well.
The original poster emphasize that, it must have the latest radio: 5.12, latest hboot: 35.0017, sd-ext: 1gb, recovery: amon ra passion and to wipe all data in order to install successfully. While the work is still in progress we provide list of some default apps that are not yet working list are:
1. Camera and camcorder (causes reboot)
2. Blue-tooth
3. FM radio
4. Video player (though gallery works great)
5. Few graphical glitches.
6. Problems with status bar
7. USB mass storage
8. Charging led does not glow while charge
9. MMS problems
microphone fixed, and others fixes and smoothest sense ever.
Reminders:
Before you proceed in trying the new ROM it is highly adviseable that you understand what are you going to do. Its not my responsibility if you totally bricked your device
